3 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup port wine
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 garlic clove , minced
1 lemon , zest of , grated
3 anchovies ( do not omit )
salt and pepper
1 cup bouillon or 1 cup broth
hot cooked noodles or rice , to serve 4 to 6 persons

Instructions
