8 hamburger buns , small

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, light soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, chopped green onions, minced garlic, red pepper flakes (if desired), and black pepper. Mix everything well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
2.Divide the mixture into 8 equally sized balls and flatten them slightly to form hamburger patties.
3.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the patties for around 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
4.Toast the hamburger buns until golden brown, and place the cooked hamburger patty on each bun half with sesame seeds on top. Serve hot!
