1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes , can
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/8 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

1.Rinse and clean the lentils then set aside.

7.Once boiling, turn the heat down to low, and simmer, covered until the lentils are tender, approximately 45-50 minutes.
8.Once cooked, stir in the cilantro, and serve hot. Enjoy!
