Ingredients

1 package soft tofu , cut into small 1/2 inch cubes
1 quart dashi stock
1/3 cup red miso or 1/3 cup white miso
1 cup chopped green onion
8 ounces shiitake mushrooms
1 tablespoon dried wakame seaweed , flakes finely chopped
1 teaspoon omega fish oil ( the mighty part )
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Mighty Miso Soup with Dashi - Fish Stock is a healthy and nutrient-packed soup. The dish originates from Japan and is widely consumed across the globe. Instructions

1.Bring the Dashi stock to a boil in a medium saucepan.
2.Reduce heat and add shiitake mushrooms and wakame seaweed.
3.Simmer for 5 minutes and add cubed tofu. Cook for a minute.
4.Take about a cup of broth from the saucepan and whisk miso with it. Add back to the saucepan and stir gently.
5.Add soy sauce, omega fish oil and green onions. Stir and turn off the heat.
