Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 loaf Turkish bread , cut into 4 portions , each split in half
1/2 cup hummus
70 g Baby Spinach
150 g roasted red capsicums , sliced thickly ( roasted peppers )
1/2 small red onion , sliced thinly
chili sauce ( optional )
3/4 cup fresh breadcrumb
2 tablespoons milk
500 g lamb mince
1 medium brown onion , coarsely grated
1/4 cup chopped of fresh mint
1 garlic clove , crushed
2 teaspoons ground cumin
This Middle Eastern Spiced Lamb Burger is a twist on the classic beef burger, adding a burst of exotic flavors to the dish. The lamb is infused with a mix of cumin, mint, and garlic, creating a mouth-watering patty that is grilled to perfection. The Turkish bread adds a touch of tradition to the dish, while the hummus and spinach create a healthy and flavorful topping. Instructions

1.Preheat grill on medium-high heat.
2.Brush each side of Turkish bread with olive oil. Grill cut-side down for 1 minute or until lightly toasted. Place bases, toasted-side up, on serving plates. Spread with hummus.
3.Toss spinach, capsicum and onion together in a bowl. Drizzle with chili sauce, if using. Season with salt and pepper.
4.Combine the breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Set aside. Combine lamb mince, brown onion, mint, garlic and cumin in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined. Divide mixture into 4 portions. Shape each portion into a 1.5cm-thick patty.
5.Spray both sides of patties with oil. Grill for 5 minutes each side or until cooked through.
6.Spoon spinach salad onto hummus. Top with patties, then remaining Turkish bread. Serve.
