Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, lime juice, orange zest, jalapeno, garlic cloves, ginger, salt, pickling spices, bay leaf, and cinnamon stick. Mix well.
2.In a small saucepan, bring the white vinegar, water, white wine, sugar, honey, saffron, and turmeric to a boil. Stir until sugar dissolves.
