1/2 cup pearl barley

1/2 cup raisins ( I used golden sultanas )
1 1/2 teaspoons dried mint

Instructions

6.Let it simmer for about 40-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the barley, lentils, and rice are tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
7.Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
8.Serve hot or at room temperature.
