Ingredients

8 pillsbury oven baked frozen soft white rolls ( from 12.4-oz . bag ) or 8 crusty french dinner rolls ( from 12.4-oz . bag )
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
1 dash nutmeg
4 ounces shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
1 can green giant mexicorn whole kernel corn , Red and Green Peppers , drained
1 can old el paso chopped green chilies , drained

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch square baking dish.
2.Cut each roll into 6 pieces. Layer half of pieces in bottom of greased dish.
3.In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, thyme, black pepper, and nutmeg until blended. Stir in cheese, Mexicorn, and chilies.
4.Pour half of egg mixture over roll pieces in dish; top with remaining roll pieces. Pour remaining egg mixture over rolls.
5.Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
6.Let stand 5 minutes. Serve warm.
