3 medium zucchini

Instructions

6.Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown, adding the remaining 2 teaspoons of olive oil as needed.
7.Once the fritters are cooked, remove from heat and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
