Ingredients

6 eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons canned chopped green chiles
1 tablespoon chopped pitted ripe olives
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Instructions

1.Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
2.Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 12-15 minutes.
3.Drain the water and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool.
4.Peel the eggs and cut them lengthwise in half. Remove yolks and place in a small mixing bowl.
5.Add mayonnaise, canned chopped green chiles, chopped olives, chili powder, and cayenne pepper and mix until well combined.
6.Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
