2 green peppers ( can use more if desired )

1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can tomatoes , drained & cut up
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Minute Rice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup corn
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
