2 lbs flank steaks or 2 lbs skirt steaks , trimmed of excess fat
olive oil
kosher salt

8 corn tortillas
shredded romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce
1 onion , chopped
crumbled queso fresco or grated monterey jack cheese
2 limes , cut into wedges
4 garlic cloves , minced
2 jalapenos , minced

2 tablespoons white vinegar

8 ripe tomatoes , chopped
2 small red onions , chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to high heat.

16.In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cumin.
