1 can low sodium vegetable broth or ( 14 1/2 ounce ) can reduced-sodium vegetable broth
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro , chopped
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce ( the 2 best brands I have found are Kame Dark Soy Sauce which has 500 mg. sodium per tbsp , and Yakuze )
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar

Instructions

8.Simmer for about 20 minutes or until the liquid has been absorbed and the rice is tender.
9.Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it stand for about 5 minutes.
10.Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
