Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Roast the poblano peppers by placing them on a baking sheet and broiling them on high until the skin is charred and blistered. Let them cool and then remove the skin, seeds, and stems. Slice the peppers and set them aside.
3.Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the coffee, water, cherries, walnuts, A.1. Original Sauce, chili powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, and chocolate. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted and the sauce has thickened.
4.Drain and rinse the black beans. Add them to the saucepan along with the poblano peppers. Stir to coat the beans in the sauce.
5.Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly. Serve hot.
