1 cup plain breadcrumbs , for dredging
2 eggs , beaten

4 4 telera rolls or 4 French bread
4 lettuce leaves ( optional )

1 canned chipotle chiles in adobo or 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
