3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

1.Cut the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds, then cut the fruit into small chunks and put them in a bowl.
2.Peel the papaya, remove the seeds and dice the flesh into small pieces. Add to the bowl with the cantaloupe.
3.Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and dice the flesh into small pieces. Add to the bowl with the other fruits.
4.Add the fresh chopped mint to the bowl and toss gently to combine.
5.In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey.
6.Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and toss gently to coat.
