2 tablespoons light olive oil or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil , divided
2 teaspoons honey or 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1 1/4 lbs jicama , peeled and grated
1/2 lb carrot , peeled and grated
1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
1 lime , cut into wedges , for garnish
2 fresh cilantro stems , for garnish

Instructions

1.Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
