1 can cajeta or dulce de leche ( Mexican milk caramel spread ) , divided
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 package spice cake mix
1 1/4 cups water
1/3 cup vegetable oil

8.Allow cakes to cool in the pan before turning out onto individual plates to serve.
