420 g mexican style beans , drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove
35 g taco seasoning , dry mix
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced spring onion
1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
sliced jalapeno , and ( optional )
spanish black olives ( optional )

Instructions

3.Spread the Mexican style beans on top of the vegetables.
4.Spread the sour cream mixture over the beans and sprinkle with cheddar cheese, sliced spring onion, and bacon bits.
5.Chill the salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or until ready to serve.
6.Top with sliced jalapeno and Spanish black olives, if desired.
