Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef or 2 lbs ground turkey
1/4 cup taco seasoning
30 ounces refried beans , cans
1 -2 cup shredded cheese ( cheddar , mozzarella , jack )
16 ounces sour cream
Mexican Dip is an easy and delicious recipe that can be made for a quick snack, appetizer or even as a complete meal. It is a perfect dish to share with friends and family while watching a movie or playing board games as it can be enjoyed with tortilla chips or crackers or even as a standalone meal. Instructions

1.Brown ground beef or turkey in a skillet until it's no longer pink.
2.Add taco seasoning and stir it in evenly.
3.Add refried beans and stir it into the meat mixture, cook for 5 more minutes.
4.Spread the meat and bean mixture onto the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
5.Spread the sour cream on top of the meat mixture and evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
6.Bake the dip in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
