Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt.

9.Remove the saucepan from heat and let the custard cool down.
10.Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a cake tin with parchment paper and set it aside.
11.Lay a crepe on a flat surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of dulce de leche evenly across the crepe. Repeat this step with the remaining crepes.
12.Roll the crepes into a tight wrap and set them in the prepared cake tin.
13.Pour the chocolate custard on top of the wrapped crepes and smooth it with a spatula.
14.Bake the crepes for 25-30 minutes or until the custard sets.
15.Remove the crepes from the oven and let it cool down. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.
