2 packets taco seasoning

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 large tortillas ( I like the jalepeno and cheddar ones )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken and taco seasoning until well combined.
3.In another bowl, mix together the prepared rice and frozen corn.
4.In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and picante sauce.
5.Grease a large baking dish with cooking spray and then spread half of the sour cream mixture on the bottom of the dish.
6.Lay out one tortilla and spread some of the chicken mixture down the middle, then add some of the rice and corn mixture on top.
7.Sprinkle some of the shredded cheese on top of the rice and corn mixture.
8.Roll up the tortilla and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
9.Repeat with the remaining tortillas until all of the filling has been used.
10.Spread the remaining sour cream mixture on top of the tortillas and sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top.
11.Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
