8 cups Corn Chex
4 cups corn chips
2 cups bite-size cheese crackers
1 bag microwave popcorn , popped
3 tablespoons margarine or 3 tablespoons butter ( not tub or spread product )
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 envelope taco seasoning mix

Instructions

1.In a large microwavable bowl, mix the corn chex, corn chips, cheese crackers, and popcorn.
2.In a small microwavable bowl, microwave the margarine or butter uncovered on High until melted.
3.Stir in the taco seasoning mix until well mixed. Pour over the cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
4.Microwave uncovered on High 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until the mixture is toasted and evenly browned.
5.Spread on paper towels to cool. Stir in the parmesan cheese. Store in an airtight container.
