8 corn tortillas
3/4 cup nonfat sour cream
1/3 cup reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend , shredded
1/3 bunch fresh cilantro , chopped , to taste ( or less ( or more )

Instructions

7.Spread half of the beef mixture on top of the tortillas.
8.Repeat the layers of tortillas and beef mixture.
9.Top with nonfat sour cream, shredded Mexican cheese blend, and fresh cilantro.
10.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
