1 teaspoon salt ( to taste )
6 corn tortillas

Instructions

1.Heat up a large pot over medium-high heat.

5.Add all the diced vegetables (onion, potatoes, tomatoes and chipotle bell peppers) and sauté for a couple of minutes.
6.Add in the dark Mexican beer, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, cumin, pepper, and salt. Stir well.
7.Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Let the dish simmer for about 30 minutes until the meat becomes tender.
8.Heat up the corn tortillas over medium heat until they are slightly crispy.
9.Serve the beef discada dish hot with the crispy corn tortillas on the side.
