Ingredients

2 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger ( peeled , julienne )
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 -4 tablespoon cold water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon ground coriander seed
1/2 lb spaghetti
2 onions
2 carrots
1 red bell pepper
1 cup shredded cabbage

Instructions

1.Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2.In a small bowl, mix together garlic, ginger, chopped walnuts, cold water, lemon juice, lemon zest, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground cardamom and ground coriander seed. Set aside.
3.Heat some oil in a wok or a frying pan over high heat. Add in onions, carrots and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes or until the vegetables are just tender.
4.Add in cabbage and the previously made sauce. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes or until the vegetables are coated in the sauce.
5.Add in cooked spaghetti and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes or until everything is well combined and heated through. Serve hot.
