2 garlic cloves , peeled and chopped finely
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 loaf baguette , cut into 1 inch slices on the diagonal

Instructions

1.In a food processor, pulse tomatoes until finely chopped.

3.Add parsley, salt, and pepper, and pulse again until the mixture is combined, but still has some texture.
4.Serve in a small dish with baguette slices on the side.
