Ingredients

2 cans minced clams , do n't drain juice
5 garlic cloves , minced
6 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion , minced
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup breadcrumbs , Italian style
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
paprika , sprinkled on top , for color ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

8.Mix together the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, and sprinkle evenly over the top of the clam mixture.
9.Sprinkle paprika on top of the breadcrumbs for color (optional).
10.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the dip is hot and bubbly.
11.Serve hot with bread, crackers or crudité.
