Instructions

1.In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2.Add onion, garlic and ginger, cook until softened, stirring occasionally.
3.Add blueberries, syrup, cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, lemon juice, cinnamon, cumin, chili powder, paprika, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until blueberries are softened.
4.Use an immersion blender or transfer mixture into a blender to puree the sauce until it is smooth.
5.Bring it back to the saucepan and cook on low heat for another 10 minutes.
6.Store the sauce in sterile containers, and its ready to be used!
