8 ounces dried bamboo ( packaged dried and salted , use up to 12 oz . )
2 -4 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sake
water
sesame chili oil , to taste ( la yu )
3 tablespoons sesame seeds ( toasted )

Instructions

4.Add sake and water, bring to a boil.
