Ingredients

1 lb beef , lean ground
1 lb turkey , ground
1/2 cup onion , chopped
1/4 teaspoon olive oil flavored cooking spray ( light spritz )
2 tablespoons celery seeds
1/2 cup ketchup , low carb
2 teaspoons mustard , dry
1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 beef bouillon cube ( I used the kind in the spanish food section )
1 bay leaf
16 ounces kidney beans , undrained
2 cans great northern beans , undrained
16 ounces butter beans , undrained
16 ounces black beans , undrained

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the onion in olive oil flavored cooking spray until translucent.
3.Add the beef and turkey to the skillet and cook, breaking up the meat, until browned.
4.Remove the skillet from heat.
5.In a large mixing bowl, combine the celery seeds, ketchup, dry mustard, Splenda brown sugar, molasses, vinegar, and beef bouillon cube.
6.Stir in the bay leaf, kidney beans, great northern beans, butter beans, and black beans until well combined.
7.Stir in the meat and onion mixture until well combined.
8.Pour the mixture into a 13x9 inch baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
9.Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
