pork bone
veal bone
2 onions , chopped
1 bay leaf
2 -3 sprigs marjoram
2 -3 sprigs thyme
8 ounces lard ( yum )
1 lb flour
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup milk , combine with the water

Instructions

7.Roll out one-third of the dough to fit a 9-inch pie dish. Add the pork filling and cover with the remaining dough. Pinch the edges to seal. Cut a hole in the center to allow steam to escape.
8.Bake for 1 hour until golden brown. Let cool for 30 minutes before serving.
