10 flour tortillas
1 package frozen chopped spinach
1 small onion , chopped
1 package cream cheese
1 can black beans , drained & rinsed
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
2 cups monterey jack cheese or 2 cups cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
2 cups cooked chicken , shredded
2 cans tomato sauce
2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

1.Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.

8.Pour the reserved sauce evenly over the enchiladas.
9.Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
10.Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the sauce is hot and bubbly.
