Ingredients

1 white onion , chopped fine
1/2 - 1 whole fresh garlic clove
1 can whole stewed tomatoes
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can great northern beans ( undrained )
1 can black beans ( undrained )
1 can dark red kidney beans , drained
1 can light red kidney beans , drained
1 can Mexican chili beans ( undrained )
1 can whole kernel corn
1 lb ground beef ( optional )
1 packet taco seasoning
2 tablespoons anchor bay buffalo wing sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
butter
garlic salt
chili powder
crushed red pepper flakes
cayenne
Megan's Amazing Buffalo Garlic Chili is a one-pot wonder that is perfect for a cozy night in. Instructions

1.Melt a tablespoon of butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent.
2.Crush the garlic clove and stir into the pot. Cook for a minute until fragrant.
3.Add the undrained great northern beans, black beans, and Mexican chili beans into the pot. Then add in the drained light red kidney beans and dark red kidney beans.
4.Add in the can of whole stewed tomatoes followed by the can of chopped tomatoes. Then add the corn. Stir all the ingredients together.
5.In a separate pan, cook the ground beef until browned. Then add the taco seasoning, anchor bay buffalo wing sauce, lemon juice, garlic salt, chili powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and cayenne. Stir well.
6.Add the seasoned ground beef into the large pot. Stir everything together. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 30-40 minutes until everything is cooked through.
