Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2.Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the thickest part of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through to the other side.

4.Stuff each chicken breast with about 1/4 cup of the feta mixture.
5.Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
6.Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned on both sides.
7.Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
