1 active dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar

6 eggs

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and 2 tablespoons sugar.
2.Allow time for mixture to sit for 10 minutes.
3.Add flour, eggs, sugar, milk, butter, salt, and oil to the mixing bowl.
4.Mix on low speed until a smooth dough forms.
5.Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and leave it in a warm spot for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
6.Roll out the dough to 1/2 inch thickness on a floured surface.
7.Cut the dough into your desired shapes.
8.Heat up fat to 375°F and fry the doughnuts on each side for 2-3 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
9.Repeat until all of the doughnuts are fried.
