Ingredients

2 eggs , hard-boiled
50 g stale bread
25 g onions
20 g butter
500 g ground beef ( or a mixture of both ) or 500 g ground pork ( or a mixture of both )
1 egg , beaten
25 g breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
oil ( to grease baking dish ) or butter ( to grease baking dish )
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Grate the stale bread into breadcrumbs and set aside.
3.Chop the onion finely and fry in butter until soft.
4.Beat the egg and combine with the breadcrumbs, parsley, fried onion, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
5.Add the ground beef or pork to the bowl and mix well.
6.Divide the meat mixture into 4 portions and flatten into patties.
7.Place a hard-boiled egg in the middle of each patty and enclose the egg completely with the meat mixture.
8.Place the stuffed patties in an oiled or buttered baking dish.
9.Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
