1/2 cup water
1 bouillon cube , preferably beef

Instructions

3.Add the dried lentils and coriander leaves to the pot, followed by the can of crushed tomatoes. Stir everything together and add enough water to cover the ingredients.
4.Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
5.In a separate bowl, mix the semolina or flour with water until it forms a smooth paste. Add this mixture to the pot and mix well. Add the bouillon cube and salt to taste.
6.Simmer the soup for another 15 minutes or until the lentils are cooked through. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice on top.
