2 cups Morningstar Farms grillers , recipe crumbles
1 can black olives

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for 5 minutes.
3.Add meatless crumbles and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until browned.
4.Add refried beans and tomato sauce, stir well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
5.Layer a tortilla on the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Top the tortilla with 1/3 of the meatless burrito mixture.
6.Add a layer of sliced American cheese and a layer of grated marble cheddar cheese.
7.Repeat the layers until there are 3 layers of tortillas and meatless burrito mixture, and top with a layer of sliced black olives.
8.Cover the dish with aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
9.Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10.Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
