Ingredients

500 g ground beef
2 teaspoons sweet paprika

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
50 ml white wine ( or milk )
1 egg
1 onion , chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 kg green beans , ends trimmed
300 g diced carrots , peeled and sliced
2 teaspoons sweet paprika

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Combine the ground beef, sweet paprika, turmeric, ginger, salt, pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs, white wine and egg in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients have been well combined.
3.Using your hands, shape the meat mixture into small balls, roughly the size of a golf ball.
4.In a separate mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, onion, green beans, carrots, sweet paprika, turmeric, ginger, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
5.Grease a large baking dish with cooking spray, or line it with parchment paper.
6.Arrange the meatballs in the bottom of the baking dish. Pour the tomato and vegetable mixture over the meatballs, making sure to cover them completely.
7.Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
