6 eggs

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2.In a saucepan, combine the water and 1 cup of sugar, and cook over medium heat.

4.In a separate bowl, mix together the almonds, milk, lemon rind, eggs, salt, and 3/4 cup of sugar until well combined.

7.Remove the flan from the oven and let it cool in the mold for at least 1 hour.
8.To serve, invert the flan onto a flat plate and garnish with sliced oranges.
