Ingredients

225 g feta cheese , crumbled and mashed with a fork
1 medium potato , peeled , boiled until soft and mashed
1 egg , beaten
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
6 whole matzohs
3 eggs , beaten
60 ml canola oil , for frying

Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, mix together the mashed feta cheese, mashed potato, beaten egg, and black pepper.
