It is a burger that is loved by millions for its unique special sauce and classic toppings, including two beef patties, American cheese, lettuce, pickles, and onions. The combination of these ingredients creates a delicious and satisfying meal that is perfect for any time of day.

Instructions

1.Preheat your grill to high heat.
2.In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, ketchup, sugar, and yellow mustard until well combined. Set aside.
3.In another bowl, season the ground beef with half of the salt and mix thoroughly.
4.Form two thin patties from the ground beef, making them slightly larger than the hamburger bun.
5.Place the patties on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are fully cooked through.
6.In a small saucepan, heat up the hamburger relish sauce with the remaining salt.
7.Assemble your Big Mac by starting with the toasted sesame seed hamburger bun bottom, followed by a generous dollop of the special sauce, a slice of American cheese, the first beef patty, a sprinkle of finely chopped white onions on top, shredded lettuce, two pickle rounds, the second beef patty, more special sauce, and the bun top.
8.Serve hot and enjoy!

PROS

The Big Mac has been a staple at McDonald’s for over 50 years and is loved by many as a classic burger recipe.

It features two delicious beef patties, American cheese, the signature special sauce, lettuce, pickles, and onions – all sandwiched between a warm sesame seed bun.

One of the best things about the Big Mac is that it is easily customizable to your liking, whether you prefer extra special sauce or extra pickles, or even no onions at all.

CONS

The Big Mac is high in calories, fat, and sodium, which may not be suitable for individuals with certain dietary restrictions or health conditions.

Additionally, the sauce contains sugar, which may not be ideal for those looking to limit their sugar intake.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

While the Big Mac may not be the healthiest option out there, it does contain some nutrients that are beneficial for the body.
For example, the beef in this recipe is a good source of protein and iron, while the lettuce and pickles provide fiber and vitamin C to support a healthy digestive system.
However, as with any fast food, it should be consumed in moderation as part of a well-balanced diet.
