Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt and pepper.
2.Add the stew meat and toss until coated.
3.In a large pot or dutch oven, heat up some oil over medium-high heat.
4.Brown the beef on all sides in batches and set aside.
5.In the same pot, add the onion and garlic, stirring until fragrant and translucent.
6.Add the beef broth, paprika and thyme, stir to combine.
