Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, thousand island dressing, and diced onions.
3.Add cubed dark rye bread and mix well.
4.Layer half of the sauerkraut, corned beef, monterey jack cheese, and swiss cheese in a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
5.Pour the bread mixture over the top of the cheese.
6.Layer the remaining sauerkraut, corned beef, monterey jack cheese, and swiss cheese.
7.Pour melted margarine over the top.
8.Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes or until bubbly
