Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour and 4 eggs. Add salt to taste and knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes. Keep it covered for 30 minutes.
2.In the meantime, heat a tablespoon of butter in a pan and add the bacon and diced onions to it. Sauté until onions turn translucent. Add the ground meat and sausages to the mixture and cook until browned.
3.Soak the hard roll in water and mix with cooked spinach, 1/4 cup of flour, and 3 eggs. Add salt, pepper, fresh parsley to taste, and mix everything well.
4.Take the dough and roll it into a thin layer. Cut it into 4-inch squares. Put a tablespoon of the filling on the squares and fold them over to form pockets. Pierce the pockets with a fork to prevent them from bursting while cooking.
5.Heat water in a large pot and add the pockets to it. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until they rise to the surface. Strain the pockets and serve hot with some mustard sauce and potato salad.
