Ingredients

1 kg chicken
1 cup whisked yogurt
7 -8 green chilies
salt
1/2 cup mint leaf
olive oil or mustard oil

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix chicken, whisked yogurt, olive oil or mustard oil, salt, and green chilies well.

4.Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes.
5.After 40 minutes, remove the lid and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes on high heat to thicken the gravy.
