Instructions

1.In a large pot or dutch oven, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
2.Add the onions, green bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent.

4.Drain off any excess fat.
5.Add the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and dry kidney beans.
