Instructions

1.Mix the mascarpone cheese, sour cream, and confectioners ' sugar in a small bowl until smooth.

5.Sprinkle the cinnamon over the filled figs or apricots, then drizzle the Amaretto or brandy over them. Top with the toasted pine nuts before serving.
