Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, mix together wheat flour, gram flour, salt, mango powder and black pepper.
2.Add chopped onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves in the same mixing bowl and mix them.
3.Add ghee to the mixture and mix it well.
4.Add enough water to knead the dough and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
5.Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
6.Take one ball and roll it to make roti. Do this for all the balls.
